@Mindful Eating Facilitation is a totally new, cutting edge awareness training practice developed by Iudita Harlan. 
Replace your Mindless Eating  with Mindful Eating at your
next meal. Make real choice about what, when and how
much to eat. Banish self-criticism, rigid self-denial, struggle, deprivation and guilt.

It is not “all in your head”.  Mindless eating causes disconnection from the natural messages of your body.

of your body. Learn to differentiate between the messages
sent  to you by your head, your mouth, your emotions and
your stomach. Some of the areas of the body that mindful connection is strengthened to are: the Rational Mind, The
Tasting Mouth,The Feeling Heart and The Digesting Stomach.

Develop a Bridge of Awareness to balance your opposite urges.

The dynamic opposites that are present in most eating patterns
and are difficult to balance are:

Emotional Eater           vs         Inner Nurturer
Rational Mind               vs         Craving Body
