Hellerwork is a powerful, integrated system of structural bodywork, movement education and dialogue. Hellerwork engages through structure, function, emotion and energy. The body is realigned using proven connective tissue reorganization techniques. Habitual movement and attitudinal patterns are brought to awareness then released restoring natural ease.

The Hellerwork Series visits each developmental stage, infancy thru adulthood,reeducating the body/mind. These sessions can be scheduled close together or spread out over months.

For those with limited time, money or intentions, single sessions are available.
