PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program trains doctors, nurses, aids and other health care professionals in the how of balancing the demands of care giving while maintaining a strong skill set for self care. Iudita Harlan has facilitated over two hundred nurses and nurse managers at University Hospital's Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, OH. Her trainings excel in building self awareness and self care skills that lead to relationship centered care, improved patient satisfaction, and improved staff satisfaction. Iudita facilitates trainings in small and large groups, as well as one on one. She applies Voice Dialogue and Psychology of Selves principals as developed by Drs.Hal and Sidra Stone, as well as the body centered integration practices of Hellerwork. She teaches practical awareness tools that can be used on the job, as well as in the participants' personal life. WHO SHOULD ATTEND
