Based on the teachings of Drs.Hal and Sidra Stone we use Voice Dialogue facilitation to explore and give voice to primary and disowned selves. The spirit and the power of the group is harnessed to strengthen individual consciousness.

We are looking to hold the energy of the group in such a way that it can serve its core members as well as drop ins and new comers to this method. Attending all sessions is optimal.
